Horrible Leasing Staff Experience living here has been fine besides the Leasing staff - im not sure what exactly is going on down there but youll barely get any response. Ive asked maybe 10 separate times now about why theyre charging me for things they said they would not charge me for including the two months free that was never given to me. I shouldnt have to ask them 10 times to please fix it on my account. This place is ridiculous and no one who works here besides maintenance knows anything.
Promises not kept 1. Internet in common areas is not operational nor are TVs 2.Office Staff is cold and inflexible. Maintenance is excellent staff 3. The snow clean up service comes at 4 am and is so loud. Why do they need to do the backside of the building with a plow at 4am? No one drives there! Ever. Do it at 7 or 8. 4. They spread the cost of common area power over the few residents that live here. Its ridiculous. 5. They have TONS of storage but they won't lease it out for less than the length of the lease.
