Great Place to have a Great Meal. You get what you pay for and more. Great Menu. Very well executed. Good customer service. Some dishes are to die for, like the duck and the bread pudding. High End food in the middle of the mountains!!
Christmas Eve
We are local to blue ridge and Harvest on Main is our favorite.
On a cold Sunday evening, we agreed to meet family from out-of-town for a light dinner. Lee greeted us with a warm welcome. He was knowledgeable about the menu choices although somewhat verbose. He was attentive and his recommendations were spot-on. We all enjoyed the meal and could not say enough good things about the experience.
Portions were rather small for the price. Food was, however, delicious.
Thank you for the evening. This was our 2nd time dining at HOM and we enjoyed it. Our waitress, Tricia, was engaging and new the menu and specials well. She was able to make a substitution to one of the orders and that was nice. I had the 12 oz strip and it was delicious, my wife had the chicken and loved it as well. My father in law had the trout and complained about the small portion but he complains about everything. My only criticism was the Harvest side salad. Staff was professional and friendly....we were seated right away, even though we arrived earlier than our reservation time. Wait staff very knowledgeable about menu and made great recommendations. Food was prepared to order and served in a very timely manner.
Fabulous place, sat near the fireplace, was cozy and warm. The waitress was awesome and very knowledgeable about all of the dishes. Excellent service, personal and attentive. Must make reservations. Pricey but worth the special occasion. Main dishes are 20.00 plus.
I have been very pleased with food and service every time we have dined here. Great place.
