The healthcare team in this office, including the doctors and nurse practitioners, is fantastic. However, the front desk staff really needs to step up their game when it comes to customer service. They often come off as rude and abrupt, which has been an ongoing issue for years. It would be great if they could be a bit more welcoming. Also, while they charge a $50 late fee, their own service tends to run 30 minutes to an hour late.
The team is very friendly and helpful in answering my questions for my toddler and newborn. I have been going to the office since my son was born 2 years ago and have always had positive experiences. I've been grateful for their ability to get us in for last minute appointments for colds!
My children love their doctor(Dr. Carillo). He was the pediatrician on call when my second was born and he won us over with how caring he was and his kind demeanor, he doesn't rush and you can tell he puts his heart and soul into what he does.
This office is considered family after coming here for so long. Stacey the nurse practitioner is so attentive on what you have to say and addresses all your concerns. All the Nurses are amazing. Lisa is so sweet and caring. Amber is loving and firm. Maria is quite, but kind. Maggie is such a goofball, but sweet. I can't name everyone in the office, but each of the staff is special in there own way. There is no better pediatric office in Napa CA.
Dr. Carillo will forever be our most respected MD. He's everything you wish to find in a provider. I trust all my children's care to him. I love how he engages with the kids. He's funny, lively, knowledgeable, professional and amazing all around. Thank you for all these years of love and care. Don't ever retire!!
I love Harvest Pediatrics. As a Single Mom to 3 small children who all experienced lengthy NICU stays at UCSF when they were born, Dr. Joe Carrillo, and every other Doctor and member of their team, we were made to feel safe and cared for. We can't thank them all enough!
Dr. Carrillo is the best pediatrician in town. His heart is as big as this earth, and we are so lucky to know him.
Our son is 5, and we have seen Dr. Carrillo since he was an infant. We love Dr. Joe and all the other folks there. He is incredibly kind, compassionate, and smart, and our son loves him too. As my son says, his "two favorite doctors are Doctor Joe and Amber." Amber is a nurse in the office who, along with several of the nurses there, also has a dynamite personality with kids and is super personable. Two thumbs up for this practice! I wish they would see my whole family.
This Drs. office is no longer seeing unvaccinated children. Hooray! For Harvest Pediadrics. Dr. Carillo is an amazing careing Dr.
