An experience filled with compassion and care On July 16th, I called Harvester Veterinary Hospital to inquire about vaccinations for our recently adopted German Shepherd puppy. Even though we weren’t current clients at the time, my call was quickly answered by Lysandra, a truly kind and empathetic receptionist. There is not enough great things I can say about Dr. Joe and her staff. My dog Rosie had hurt her eye, So bad she needed surgery. Dr. Joe was a godsend to me. She did surgery on Rosie‘s eye and now my Rosie is all healed.. I would recommend Dr. Joe to anyone who is in need of a vet. Rosie and I give her 10 stars. Dr. Joe You are the best. Thank you!!! Whenever we go to Harvester Vet they take excellent care of my fur baby. Doctors and staff professional and detailed in explaining procedures and test results. Cindy was the tech in my last visit and she was terrific.
We have been to multiple vets, only here have they created a safe, welcoming environment for both of my dogs. Our doodle is very social, but our rescue is timid. Other vets would stand and angrily tell him to “shut up” when he would bark and get nervous. At Harvester, the gentle manner of every employee has been the reason we come. My rescue is calmer and warms up very quickly each visit, even, surprisingly, to the male employees! Updated review: Kathy was very helpful with a payment issue I had in my end, and worked with me on scheduling dental cleanings for my 2 little chihuahuas! Their checkup and vaccine appointment went very well also. Everyone is super kind! I love this place for my 2 chihuahuas and my big boy German shepherd. I highly recommend this vet! My Rubi, Rosi and Loki get treated with love! Great location, everyone here is so helpful and amazing. Loki loves coming here!
