Ordered some richardson 112's because of the popularity. A rep contacted me after placing the order stating they were understocked to fill my order (by about 25%). The rep gave me 2 options - ship partial and wait until the rest were available (1 month) or substitute the 25% for an almost identical product. She went into detail on the differences, which were very subtle, between the 2 hats. With that info, I made a decision and substituted.
