Lisette is always great to work with! She is quick to answer my questions, and always offers guidance when needed. She's been 5 stars every time I work with her! On this order, the shipping department messed up the label to my hats, and I received someone else's, when I finally got my hats, a quarter of my order was missing, also an issue with the shipping dept. Lisette helped rectify the issue right away.
