RecommendedThe medium heat chicken had a great crunch with flavorful, lightly breaded, brown, crispy skin--definitely in my top 5 of favorite fried chicken in the nation! The chicken itself was well seasoned, a little spicy--not just the skin. The sides were ok, except the banana pudding, which was great! Definitely on my list when visiting Nashville again.
Best food in Nashville, hands down! Worth the 45min wait! We ordered Medium spice, and that was enough to have a little kick and still enjoy the flavoring. Some folks sitting next to us got the hot, and they loved it.
Enormous queues but once your food arrives you understand the popularity of this Nashville institution....absolutely delicious, moist, tender and above all spicy chicken....the best chicken sandwich I've ever had! Worth the hour-long wait in line
