My dog is doing great. They only thing she needed was her rabies shot updated, so I book an appointment with a technician. They took her at the door and gave her back to me 5 minutes later. THEY CHARGED ME $41 for “technician exam/consultation” and also the shot. REALLY? What consultation? She was there for the shot only!! I didn’t ask any questions and if she was examed I got no feedback at all!!!! If I want a consultation or an exam, I want a doctor, not a technician. They basically overcharged me for for her shot.
Well geez,I contacted Hatton via email AND phone. Even sent a picture of my pet's old prescription bottle with the doctors name on it. I received an initial response from the doctor stating that they had never seen my pet baby. sent a return email with a picture of the prescription bottle (with Dr. Laura Takata's name printed on it), and NO RESPONSE!!! ☹ I gave up and just contacted another vet!!!
I feel Hatton vet. Hospital really let me down I believe vitamin k or something fast enough would have saved my kid. This was wrong during business hours in am.not to squeeze her in she was just 13 years old. After 20+years and many pets this was wrong. Will never go back. By the time I found another vet and got her there was 20 -30 minutes waiting for Hatton tell me no. And another 30+ to get to another vet.
I used Hatton for twenty + years many pets. Last time I went in my dog was ill I figured during business hours they would see her. Waited twenty thirty minutes for them to tell me no. I found another clinic/ hospital by the time I got her there and they rushed her in she stopped breathing. I believe it was a poison from flea fogging I did evertything right went with dogs outside for longer than needed then aired house out while we were still outside. I feel Hatton let me down. Will never go back.
