The service tech, Dan, is wonderful. What a wonderful representative for your company. He has been to our home several times and always goes above and beyond our expectations. If there are bonuses to pass out, he should definitely get one!
Just wanted to sell us a new furnace - didn't even test the lead wire when he looked at it. Told us it would be $195 just to check if the part was available. Incredibly poor service.
Would never recommend them for residential boiler work. Had Hauck brothers install a system in my home 11 years ago. When it quit working last year I called to have a service tech check it to see if I had a cracked heat exchanger. After numerous service calls I received a bill for over two grand with the boiler not working. After several calls it was reduced to 800. Paid the bill and will never use them again. They came to repair my furnace a couple of weeks ago and had to order a part. He came back a few days ago with the wrong part! He then left my furnace unplugged during the coldest weekend! They told me that they were going to take away the trip charge on my bill because of it! They did not!
Had an appointment from 12-3pm today and no one showed up between that time frame. Someone could have at least called and said the tech would be running late. So I called them to see if the tech was still coming and the lady I spoke with said he'd be heading my way next after the scheduled time. My problem with that is I don't have all day to wait around a burning hot house for someone. I'll have to take my physically disabled father somewhere so he's not staying in a house with no ac.
