Bobby made the process pain free. I received a quote, but circumstances arose and I had to wait a month. He got me another very good price. I had problems getting a hold of the driver. Bobby handled the situation promptly.
Bobby was really great making sure that everything works out smoothly even when I had to change transportation dates for health reasons. Super awesome experience.
I had a good experience with Haul Away. I had them transport my vehicle from NY to Michigan. Bobby my broker was always responsive when i had questions. The only reason why i did not give 5 stars is becuase they were late picking up and dropping the vehicle. I was told that they would pick the vehicle up on Wednesday between 9am and 10 am and they didnt pick it up until 4:30pm. I had to keep calling to get updates. Keith responded to my request with a quote. I told him what day I wanted my vehicle picked up and the loader was there on time and delivered my truck ahead of schedule which was perfect for me.

Highly recommended. This was my first transport and I am very skeptical and nervous. Truck showed up on time, but had a cracked windshield. Keith backed me 100% and driving company fully reimbursed me within 24 hrs. Windshield crack was weather-not driver related. Customer service was excellent. Sometimes stuff happens and a reputable company stands behind it and makes it right. That’s the most important thing in my opinion..

Robbie provided outstanding customer server. He was very pro-active in his communication and was a very helpful in explaining how the process works. He went over and above in his willingness to take delivery of the car for me. There were no issues. The transporter called and showed up on time. It was much easier than I thought. Price was also very competitive. I received other quotes, one for 2 times the amount Haul Away charged. I will use Haul Away again.
