It was a good experience Phil was very easy to work with, timely, and a quick responder. He was available to answer any questions that I had throughout the process. The whole process only took a few weeks. Customer service was very good.
Outstanding Lindsay was amazing to work with. Additionally Katie and Devon were awesome once Lindsay's maternity leave kicked in and she had her bundle of joy. Even then she still stayed in contact. They all were an amazing team and made this positive experience

Great experience Phil was great to work with. I wasn’t sure what to expect it was my first time refinancing. It was very easy. Phil and Chrissy kept in touch and it settled quickly. Got me into a biweekly program to pay off my mortgage sooner. I plan on refinancing again in a few years to lower the term and remodel my basement. I hope Phil is available then.
