Outstanding Refinance Experience!! The entire refinance experience was very customer friendly! Jerome Cole was our Loan Officer and made himself available at all hours to answer our questions and assist us in our refinance process. All documents required for this transaction were sent to Top Flite via their secure portal and final closing was done in our home with a notary arranged for by Top Flite.
