This would't have happened if it wasn't for Lindsay Even though COVID has made this a tricky time for lending plus the fact that my loan needs were complicated, Lindsay made the process seem like a breeze. I don't know how many times she had to go at-bat for me. When every reviewer came up with a different "required document," she fought them down until they went away. It's a shame I can only give her five stars. She deserves more, much more.
Great communicator and facilitator! Lindsay Mortara does a great job facilitating the entire loan process and clearly communicates what is needed at each step of the process. She is knowledgeable, friendly and I could always reach her if I had questions and always received prompt responses any time I emailed, texted or called making this a very good experience.
Marathon Partner I first talked to Sam around January 15th and I closed my refi on August 4th but Sam was there with me every step of the prolonged path even if it was just a call or email to let me know there was nothing new to report. He always answered my questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Anthony is top notch Tony really knocked it out of the park for us. I have had friends who refinanced and it took them a lot longer with another company. He really fought to make our refinance happen when a lot of other places would not refinance us. The communication was great and he led me through every step of the process. You would be crazy not to work with Tony when doing your refinance.
