Wonderful and comfortable experience! Lindsay is one of the most efficient people I’ve ever worked with. She is kind and was never pushy, yet she always followed through immediately. In addition, we had some glitches on our end which delayed the process. She could not have been more patient and understanding! She and her team made all the paperwork easy and convenient. Survived a refi during COVID!!! The folks at Top Flite were great to work with. I started in March but did not close until June. There were no real issues. A lot of the hold up was due to COVID and requirement changes. It felt like things started to drag. My loan agent was changed to Christopher Piatchek 2 months in. He was amazing!!!
