Perfection We could not have asked for a better loan experience! Sam gave me all of the details of our loan up front and explained the entire process to me step by step (It has been 20 years since we have done this so it was nice to have everything laid out). Whew! I didn't think I would find anyone willing to work with me and meet my needs until I met Kyle. Well, I didn't actually meet him; however after the amount of time we spent working on my refinance loan, it felt like I knew him. I was in an emergency situation and I know had it been anyone else, they would have given up on me. Kyle didn't.
