The Best The entire process was very long and confusing to someone like myself I almost gave up and just forget about refinancing but because of Mr. James patience and expertise, I went through with it and happily close the deal. A delightful experience I usually do not rate the highest and tend to leave a little bit of room because I believe their is room for improvement. However, Joseph deserves 5 stars and more.
