Great work ethic James made the process of refinancing my loan in the situation I was in extremely easy to deal with. We went thru some ups and downs but he stuck with me and got me exactly what I needed even with dealing with my rough circumstances. I would recommend James and I myself will use his services again.

Kind and reassuring This was my first refinance and admittedly is a bandaid to a problem but overall was a good experience. Mitch was kind, very easy to work with and always available for reassurance and to help understand the process.
