Top Flight I would recommend Warren Hutter to anyone. Top Flight itself I felt was slow and underwriting specifically repeatedly asked for documentation that they already had, which delayed and held up closing. But Warren stayed on top of things and did his best to push through.
Excellent Service Jason Orrick at Top Flight Financial were awesome to work with. They were always timely with email notifications and statuses. Their secured document portal made signing and reviewing documents easy and accessible from anywhere 24 hours a day. I never had to take any time off from work to complete documentation or meet with his team. They answered all my questions throughout the process.
