Great Service Dealing with Tony was a breeze, the process went extremely smooth with no problems. The only issue was my credit but that was on me. I called Tony for everything and became quite annoying but he always handled it with professionalism and politeness. He answered all my questions and always got back to me. I would definitely recommend. I will use them again.
Outstanding customer service! Mr. Gally was professional, courteous and immediately responsive. He answered all questions and fully disclosed all costs. He fully explained the application process and what was required to complete the application. Our refinance was completed in a very short time frame - less than three weeks from application process to fund disbursement.
Others couldn't do it for us. Lawrence was the only loan officer who was able to offer us a great loan and made it possible for us get approved. He was patient in answering all my questions and explained everything to me in terms that I can understand. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends!
