It was a smooth process David made the entire process simple and smooth. He explained everything as we went along and kept us informed at every step. Every time we needed to talk to him he was available.
Friendly and patient I contacted Jerome to assist me with a home refinance while I had some credit problems. He took the time to assist me with a plan to get my credit to a place where he could refinance my home and was not pushy or upset during any delays I had. He also responds pretty quickly to any questions I had.
