EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!! Both Sarah H. and Nick W. were phenomenal! There were a few hiccups along the way on my end but they were always there to explain and communicate with care. No matter the obstacle, they worked with me diligently to overcome them. I appreciate all the effort they put forth to get me funded.

Working with Top Flite Financial was TOP NOTCH!! The process was simple and everything was explained. Be able to provide your documentation, paperwork, etc that they request and do it in a timely manner. I will say Jerry Roam and Nick Trotter in turn, processed my loan, documents, and paperwork in a fast timely manner because we all worked well together on the process. I would highly recommend them if you are needing to refinance, cash out refinance, etc.
