I Talked with "the Recruiter" for 3 hrs on Friday, June 13 about a mortgage position. 3 hours, completely wasted my time GHOSTED ME TOLD I WOULD GET A SECOND INTERVIEW ON TUESDAY, JUNE 17 AT 1PM. NEVER CALLED!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Terrible company that lies to get you to pay for an appraisal and use snake oil salesman tactics to get you in the door, your credit takes a hit but they lie every week that you will close but don’t then they’ll stop calling you and will not respond to your phone call or emails for an update.
Worst company ever....... definitely not educated. They sell you a higher interest rate than you actually qualify for so they can get a nice commission. It's called Yield Spread for those of you that don't know. It's a Back door deal with their lender's, So do some research before talking to these Idiots
This company is a joke, they have brand new Loan officers that doesn't even know what an LTV is. Aka Loan to Value. The first guy Jake i spoke To was Super nice and seemed sincere then he transferred me to someone who needs an attitude adjustment and learn how to speak to Borrower's. I wouldn't recommend anyone use them till they learn how to do loans themselves..........
The process started out good, but when the loan went to the underwriter the company didn't make me feel comfortable or save. After three weeks in underwriter and no request on bank statements I was worried. I had to initiate contact to get loan information. The home appraisal process didn't happen due to no contact. Home refinance is intimating and stressful, making your client feel comfortable and save is important in this process. Communication is key and this company doesn't have that. After closing, they changed my cash back amount and stopped responding to me. So I'm out over 14k. Very responsive until they got paid.
