The team at Haven is amazing. They were swamped yesterday but went out of their way to make sure the experience was outstanding. Kudos to the wait staff and also the owner who personally made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back!
i’ve been to Haven many times. it’s a wonderful restaurant and a Brookhaven gem. this time a girlfriend and i went late Saturday afternoon for a glass of wine. we both had shrimp, sat outside on the beautiful back patio and had a very nice time.
Dinner was nice
We sat inside and were very pleased with the spacing of tables until about 1245p when they started placing groups adjacent to our table within 4-5 feet.
Tables were not 6 feet apart; customers were not wearing face masks when walking to bathroom, etc. Uncomfortable setting in these days of COVID
Patio was an excellent venue for our book club discussion! Great food and service!
This was my first time out since COVID and having my baby, so it was a much needed brunch. They were able to seat us outside but tried to seat us near a group of others and it definitely didn’t feel “safe”, so we asked for a two top that had a little more space around it. They said absolutely and we are so grateful they allowed us that two top. I also had to go dairy-free due to the baby and they were so kind to help ensure my meal choice was completely dairy-free. It was 2 of our birthday
This was our anniversary and second visit to Haven. We ate inside rather than on the patio where most were eating. My wife ordered a Caesar salad and entree, salmon, and I had the Southern snacks of raw veggies, small salad, and potato puffs and entree, smoked chicken and shrimp gumbo. The food was excellent. We shall return.
