Good service ,good people however they need more workers an oil change took an hour and a half.
I love Jimmy!! And all the staff,except for Zack!! We have been customers for as long as I can remember I'm 44 so a long time! ! Every time I have Zack wait on me, he is unprofessional, rude, NOT a customer service person!!!! I am so frustrated with him, a young kid with no manners!!!!! With me and others, I have witnessed, many times!!!! Ask for anyone else to help you,they are sooooo nice ,kind,and have wonderful customer service !!! And I love Jimmy!!!! Been going to these people for years , they do a good job for me
I was taken care of very quickly. It is great to go where you recognize the folks working there and know they can be trusted to do a good job.
My tech was great. He took care of my car and also informed me of other work that needed to be addressed. There was no presser just a clear explanation of other maintains issue.
