WARNING: host does not communicate via AirBnB chat. Stayed in AirBnB is hosted by a public company (Hawaii Life) and the local contact is only available via text. She took quite some time to respond after we arrived to no hot water and my family of 10 was unable to shower after a long day of travel! Why is your agency being so resistant to offering refunds and cancellations when your mayor basically told visitors to stay away , when your governor is instituting 14 day quarantines for visitors , when airlines, Airbnb and every other Kauai travel agency is offering easy cancels/refunds ?
