He diagnosed my issues and got me set up with everything I needed to get my plumbing working correctly. By far the very best plumbing experience, and I have had lots, that I have ever had. After numerous estimates to replace the water and electric line from my well to my house, all proposing backhoes that would destroy my landscaping and poured concrete walkway, I heard about Haynes plumbing on Stafford talk. Have had these folks out twice and have been pleased both times. They are friendly, knowledgeable and great at providing real recommendations and not some inflated laundry list of things you can do just to get a sale. Junior Johnson was the first to come and I think it was Robert the second time around. Both were very professional and I will have them as my go to for local plumbing services. They are also quick to respond.

I ran into a water flow problem with our well water. Called Haynes Plumbing and they immediately scheduled me, had a service rep come to my home - super quick weekend response. Outstanding customer service, excellent communication, fantastic and nice dispatch services. 5 stars, I highly recommend!!

I now have used Haynes twice, both times I had great technicians. I thought the price were priced fairly. The a work excellent and fast. The tech very courteous and explained everything. I have no complaints, I will use this company again.
They were able to make a timely response and detect the problem and rectify it. Robert knew exactly what the problem was and quickly fixed it. Besides, being new to the are he gave us some great tips on wineries.
Highly recommend, and will use this company again. Rob Richard is an excellent plumber. Professional, timely, easy to talk to and work with. They were able to get us scheduled almost immediately, and finished the job perfectly and in much less than we anticipated!
