Staff was very courteous and the room was very clean. This is not my first stay at this location and I can say this stay was consistent with the previous stays.

Everything about our stay was excellent. We had a problem with our heat. Called the desk. Someone was at our room within 10-15 minutes. He took a look at it , made an adjustment, and had the issue resolved in less than 5 minutes with no further issues.

Very nice new hotel, room was spacious and clean, staff helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was very good, with many choices of different food offered. My only problem was with the deadbolt on room door, which was not aligned properly and I couldnt lock the deadbolt. I brought this to staff attention, who indicated it would be rectified
