It is a nice place to stay,the front desk employees were the only ones I spoke with. They were very nice and helpful. I don't recall seeing on the website that you had to pay an additional 21 dollars a day to park but I could of missed that. The train blowing its whistle around 11 pm wasn't great. Other wise it was fairly quiet. I thought there was more to do on the landing. When I go back to Branson I will stay some where a little cheaper and closer to the other attractions. All in all it is a nice place.

We stayed as a family of 3 (2 adults, 1 teen) for 2 nights while visiting family close by. This was our first time staying at a Tru by Hilton, and I didn't think it would be any different from a regular hotel. Just from walking in, we could tell the atmosphere was different from a typical hotel. Great hotel to stay at whether you are planning to eat and go to the pool at the hotel. And there are plenty of restaurants walkable and the Fashion Square Mall is right across the street. Great location and the views are so pretty form the hotel. Staff was very helpful and kind the rooms are very clean and spacious.

Front desk clerk was a bit on the rude side when we were asking for directions. Porter and valet were curious and attentive. Maid service unfortunately was not aware we had a party of 4 staying in one room and only restocked towels for one person.
