Fantastic Staff To maximum our stay would be free parking & 2ply toilet paper. 1ply is unacceptable. The staff was the Golden Rule friendly. Your customer service skills are priceless. Thank you Hilton!

The staff was rude! Wanted a cart to load our luggage to take to the room but they wouldn’t let us without a staff member. We didn’t need a babysitter or help. We just took 2 trips. Had to pay extra for parking each day $22 a day. $32 a day for valet Limited parking in a parking garage for patrons and the staff was parking valet vehicles up front in the handicap areas and left 0 space for self parking.
