Rooms were nice and clean and so was the entire property on the inside. The area was a little rough with several homeless people around, and an apartment building next to the hotel was very questionable with people outside all the time.

The gentlemen at the front desk was dismissive however the lady that eventually checked us in was truly pleasant and patient.

During our four days we continually had to ask for towels, coffee, and cream for the coffee maker. Their breakfast restaurant was marginal offered premade breakfast only. The restaurant on the seventh floor of the service was marginal, but the food was good. Not sure I’d recommend anyone to stay at this place until they cleared up there. Customer service skills as it relates to the food and the condition of the rooms.

Overall, the hotel was great—clean rooms, good location, and a nice atmosphere. However, the service at the poolside definitely needs improvement. The staff seemed inattentive, and we had to return our drinks twice due to poor quality.
