I appreciated the email asking what time we were expected to be at the property, because we had a late flight. For some hotels it's a problem if you are not checked in before midnight, but not at this hotel. I also appreciated receiving a checkout email that was quick and painless. The breakfast was delicious and the pool area was a lot of fun! The staff was super friendly and helpful.

expensive for what you get, especially the breakfasts i got a huge breakfast across the corner for less money. it could use a refresh and update, appears to cater to the convention crowd

3 strikes Really disappointing. The hotel itself was great, location and all, but I was really, really disappointed with the housekeeping. Checked in on a Wednesday, had to track down housekeeping Thursday evening to get fresh towels, because the room was not serviced. Friday, had to track down staff, because the conditioner in the shower, because the room had not been serviced.
