Clean professional hotel with good service. Parking was convenient but expensive for a small town. Amenities were lacking for the price. No restaurants or shopping near by even though it’s downtown. I did like that they had a snack bar downstairs well equipped but the rooms had ice buckets and no glasses or ice tongs. Direct tv is a really bad idea. Drizzled outside and it had to reboot. Food was limited for room service.

First off, front desk staff was super friendly and helpful! Did check-in in a fast and timely manner. Lobby was cute and honestly a vibe! Rooms were clean! It was such a lovely stay! Would stay here again! Thank you!!!

I stay at Tru once a month for business. My only complaint is there is mold/ gross buildup under all of the wall soaps and shampoos! I have been staying there for 6 mos and it is consistent in all rooms. Otherwisw the staff is always great, kind, helpful and the rest of the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Overnight Stay Branson Stayed at this hotel in the recent years, It's still well staffed and in great condition. Like the proximity to the restaurants at The Landing as well.
