I love Hyatt hotels, always a positive experience, I apologize for not remembering the names , Patrick in the restaurant is amazing , friendly and active to go above and beyond to help, the Hispanic older lady too, she doesn't speak good English but she was great, The front desk closing shift lady is very sweet and friendly, she made sure everything was perfect , I stayed on 6th floor , the cleaning lady always smiling, The breakfast was good, omelet and boiled eggs, sausage and bacon, Philadelphia cheese, blueberry and stra... read more

Loved the mini fridge and microwave. The location was great. Right by several restaurants and bars. The “free” hotel parking in the structure is actually $15 per stay. Not much, but not free. Front desk didn’t tell us that at check in. Only at check out. The housekeeper that cleans your room is only by request. They won’t clean, restock, or make bed unless you ask. Pool area is small.
