Problem with TV connection was addressed quickly. We only lost first night of TV watching. Also, didn’t realize there was a switch to lower the drapes to black out lights during the night but same engineer showed us the control. Text check in with us was helpful.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The staff was excellent from the housekeepers to the front desk. Hotel is clean and updated. Location is safe and beautiful.

Room was not spotless. I pulled back the curtains and found a previous occupant's plastic drinking glass with some unknown papers. Happy to provide the picture.
