My daughter in law made reservations to celebrate my grandsons birthday. She reserved the VIP bowling. Not sure what she paid extra for. We received nothing extra. After speaking with someone in charge (Tino) we were compensated for our bad experience. He went above and beyond to be sure that we would leave happy with our first time visit and that we would return. We moved on to the pizza place only to have to wait for service. I want to say we just got home tonight from HeadPinz for my daughters birthday. Nicole C. Was our server and want to say she was awesome. She was attentive and very sociable. She is an asset to HeadPinz. When we come back we will be asking for her section.
Went bowling tonight,but prior to and after bowling we spent some time in the bar area for a drink and some appetizers. Fantastic bartender (Lance) and a good atmosphere all together. Cant wait to be back!
We brought students here on a field trip-50 kids! They had a blast-Several ordered off the menu, and all said their burgers or wings or salads were delicious. I sampled the fries-hot and tasty. The kids loved bowling first, then being let loose in the arcade, ropes course, and laser tag. There was something for everyone to do, friendly staff and tasty food(including "real" pizza!) Thank you!
