Headquarter Toyota is my go-to for all my car needs. I've been a happy and loyal customer since 2006. Ever since I got my RAV4 two years ago, I've been servicing through José Saavedra, who has offered great customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure that my experience there is fanstastic. I went to this place and they straight-up ignored me. They didn't ask how may help me. They didn't answer any questions that I had regarding my vehicle. This place is a full Latinos and because I don't speak Spanish they act like I didn't exist.... I will never go back to this place I'll take my Toyota to Hollywood..��������
