Nikki, you are amazing! Thank you for helping me with my extremely tense muscles.
When I first called, the receptionist was extremely helpful in finding me a therapist with the appropriate skills and fitting into my crazy schedule. I had trouble getting to my appointment on time, and the receptionist was understanding and helpful. The therapist (Anastasia) was completely open to my direction, yet had the confidence to do her job.
I greatly enjoyed every aspect of my massage. They were able to fit me in two days after calling to make my appointment and were very accommodating. I lost track of time cleaning and was a minute or two past my appointment time (instead of arriving as I had planned to be early for paperwork) and never felt rushed or made to feel bad for the fact that time got away from me that day.
