Very helpful and patient
I have been going to Physical Therapy in the Long Beach office for 3 to 4 months. This is my second time having therapy through this office. I have felt a lot of improvement in my body in the past 4 months under Dr. Ricardo Castro and his assistant Chris. Everyone there is very nice and friendly. My experience there has been a good experience and this was my second time going there from two different accidents. we have received patient, helpful customer and patient service, we appreciate the front and back office staffs compassionate care, especially dr allen.
the waiting process to be seen is somewhat long but overall the staff were nice and professional.

Physical therapy dept. is OUTSTANDING!!! Jessica always with a smile and extremely professional excellent customer services. Dr. Castro very compassionate & understanding, keeping up with our status & prognosis daily when we are there for treatment.
