Today's Appointment was very refreshing... Prior to today, I'd only experienced Doctor's there who were dry and not so nice but, Dr. Emily Perez was very attentive and intently listened to my concerns. She was kind and warm. She really knows her stuff too! I've been in alot of pain and all I've heard previous Dr's say is "There's not much I/we can do." Dr. Perez sang a different tune and had me feeling a bit hopeful again. I was very pleased with my visit and hope to see her again.
I see Dr Chappell for pain management. He is very friendly and attentive to my medical needs. He is one of the best Dr's I have ever seen. Always has a plan and very helpful and has answers for all my questions. The office staff is always friendly and very helpful. I would not go to any other office they have. The Long Beach office is the best I have been to. Always a positive experience coming to Healthpointe Long Beach.
Ben my physical therapist is amazing and very knowledgeable. I had carpal tunnel release surgery with this only being my 2nd session I can tell a difference all the stretches and hand exercises are helping. Ben is patient and has a very caring nature. Thanks Healthpointe all the locations I’ve visited are clean, friendly staff and willing to help..!!!
Dr Nick is awesome. He talked/listened to you with respect. He cares that you get well. He treat his patient with dignity and respect. He recommends any available treatments that can ease your pain. I appreciate him. Thank you. Dr Castro the Chiropractor is also awesome. Thank you all for your treatment. It helped.
Dr Mauro was amazing. Hands down the best experience with this group and specialist that I’ve had. He sat down with me, went over images, explained everything in a manner that was easy for me to understand and answered all my concerns. I would def recommend him 100%. I had been to this office before and seen another physician and the experience was not good at all. Staff has always been very nice and helpful though.
