They did a good job
Except for the long wait & mix up with my first appointment schedule with the main office for the wrong date. Staff & doctor's are awesome & very apologetic for the error & long wait. I'm a long time patient here, have not been disappointed with their care.
AWESOME! I took my wife to your facility after she was in a car accident and everyone was AWESOME! Everyone did their job, not like other facility's where the employees act more like volunteers, thank you, you have an AWESOME team!!!
Dr. Allen was extremely nice and listened to everything I said. He explained what he was doing and was not judgmental. His staff was very pleasant and helpful too.
I really appreciated the care provided by Dr. Santino - he explained everything thoroughly and he speaks Spanish which was an added plus! Dr. Santino's service made us change our opinion about Healthpointe Medical Group after having had such a bad first time experience at the Garden Grove, Ca Healthpointe.
Exteamlly informative, very reasureing that getting healthy is capable with sufficient time, effort commutation, & bring willing to do what's asked by the Dr's here.
I was at a different faculty for two years prior and two surgeries with regression and more disabled than before injury. I met with a surgeon who told me he knew just the surgeon that could help me as he could not do what I needed. I can to me Doctor Neil Katz and he was theral careful and research the best options for me. I agreed we did the surgery and I am 90% better than before. I had a great experience. The Doctors are very professional and treat you with compassion and personal. I never felt like a "number". Everything was run very well and I Loved the appointment reminders that I got the night before to remind me! Thank you to the Doctors and Staff!
