Great customer service all the way around. Couldnt have been happier with my visit at healthpointe. This Urgent Care is definitely now one of my favorite clinics.

I came in for my follow up with Dr.Santizo, the front office staff was very friendly!The visit was also quick and easy. Dr.Santizo was so informative and kind. Than you Ontario!!

My day started off really poorly by the time I had gotten to my appointment I was about 20 minutes late. I was assuming that I wasnt going to be able to be seen and would have to reschedule but Randy in the front office made it possible for me to still be seen. It absolutely made day. I was a complete 180. Thank you Randy, thank you Dr. Santizo. Thank you Healthpointe.
