the wait time in ontario is entirely too long. over an hour in the lobby - better in the room this time . staff is very pleasant and helpful

I came here to figure out an issue with my scheduling as some appointments were not working out correctly. I spoke to Randal and Rosemary in the front office. They were very kind and helped me reschedule an appointment, while giving me assurity that everything will work out. Thank you Healthpointe Ontario!!
