dr. culver is a great physician :) and my visits are always a breeze here in ontario . i am in and out in no time . all the staff are very professional . thank you

I had my EMG/NCV today with Dr. Jafari. It took a little while to call me in, but she told me that she was busy with patients. The visit was quick and easy and the doctor was informative about everything. Thank you so much Dr. Jafari and the staff here at Ontario!
Front office staff, Feliciano L, was extremely helpful in assisting me with obtaining my forms. I had my physical forms on my work website and I was not able to print it out prior to the appointment. Feliciano offered me to email it to him and he printed it out. All the other staff members were also happy to assist. I want to take the time out to make sure outstanding customer service is recognized. Nice job management to put a nice and friendly staff in the front to assist all the patience.
Physical therapy visit today and it made me feel much better. I am able to go on with my day now without pain. Thank you Carlos!
