Had my 4th week of PT today after my knee surgery a few weeks ago. I’ve been working with Cindy and have had a great experience. She’s helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, has a good sense of humor and has a big help in my recovery. Check-in is easy and making appts a couple weeks ahead has been helpful for my schedule. I have a couple weeks left unless Dr has me do more visits and I’m sure it will continue to be just as pleasant.
The ladies in the front desk were very nice. The nurse who took my tests/Xray was 100% nice. Young gentleman don't remember his name. Dr Emily Perez is a great listener. Place could use some cleaning/dusting.
My experience there has been good because the nurses are very professional and caring which helps a lot due to the wait to see the doctor sometimes can be overwhelming specially due to my pain. But right now I am very depressed about the answers I am getting from Dr. Berman and none of them have been positive which makes me feel hopeless and I sincerely wonder how much more pain can sustain. Where do I start. Easy place to find. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Minimal wait time. The doctor was very thorough and wasn't in a rush. I felt a sense of caring during my visit. It was my first time there. A+ for this office.
First, I want to give special thanks to Dr. Berman who has been treating my severe back injury with care and correct treatment through physical therapy. He gives me hope to get well. Secondly, I want to say thank you so much for Ms. Fritsi, Ms. Sabrina, and Linda’s excellent customer service and professionalism. The whole stuff are so wonderful and friendly!
