Nice Staff, very friendly and easy going
Provide a serve that is worth the visit. I drove to the facility to see the doctor for about 1 minute. . He told me he was going to order me an injection and that he’ll see me in eight weeks or when the injection comes in. He proceeded to tell me that he was doing me a favor because he’s a surgeon. Poor customer service! The appointment could’ve been held on the phone.
1. The e elevator. Was out of order I couldn’t walk upstairs I was very long the drive was so expensive, plus having to go back to get another 📀 why can’t they mail it to Dr. Fritz attention Dr to the Ontario medical office and I have called over and over living please call me back please let me know your thoughts and helping me get some answers thanks my phone is (626)2227727
Well, it’s very difficult to call and get an appointment. I had to walk in the office in order to be seen. The office apparently is disorganized. Since my first encounter with this facility, the answering service that scheduled the appointment need a make over. My paper work was faxed and your office repeatedly told me that they never received them from my doctor’s office.
