Originally my appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM. I received a call from the office asking if I could come earlier at 2:15 PM. Then, I received a text message at about little after 11:00 AM, stating I needed to come in at 12:15 PM. Based my location, the distance, I needed to drive to the office; it wasn’t a possibility. I was asked to come in early an hour early and 45 minutes later I was still waiting inside the office
On my 2nd visit, the doctor mentioned that she was leaving the company. So she appeared that she didn't care whatever my concern was.
This was the 2nd time I got to Vanessa Rodriguez office LaTejere for my appointment that I had to put in with my employer 2 weeks in advance with her if she is going to be late by a few hours and No appointments were available for me the same day that I had to put in a New reservation which is SUPER INCONVENIENT- Make her STOP being late so that my appointments stop getting changed!!! Going to this place is like the dmv or a welfare office. You wait I’m a crowded little room or outside in the hall for two hours just to be seen for whatever reason and the staff is mediocre. I transferred my workman’s comp claim out of there as fast as I could!!
