It was my first time and so nervous, but they assist you with ease from filing up the forms, history takings, the follow up of appoiments and scheduling of my sessions. If you have a question, they right up answer you they're very accomodating and not intimidating
I appreciate all the hard work HealthPointe , Dr. Truong , the medical assistants and the office staff are doing. They are very respectful and professional. Always going out of their way to accommodate me. I am able to ask questions about my condition and get a very clear understanding. I feel very comfortable with them all. The condition of the waiting area and examining rooms are very clean and bright. I would recommend my family and friends with no problem. 😊
The staff was friendly and nice. They also have snacks for the patients..!!! The surgeon was very understanding and direct he actually listened to what I wanted to do. Looking forward to having my carpal tunnel surgery soon to start a new health journey.
Doctor & nurse were very attentive this was my initial visit and I’m very grateful 🥲 to have a caring doctor who made sure I get the appropriate care thank you soooo much!!!
The best Reception I signed in she took my Files to the.doctors office within 5min i was already talking to my Doctor she gave me my next appointment very happy
