Parking was easy access to building. The facility is well lighted and very clean. The Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There was always at least one Therapist with me at all times and they got me back to my pre-surgery condition in short order. The Staff made me feel comfortable and confident each visit.
My family member has attended PT at this location recently. They initially had worked with the physical therapist for a majority of the session, but have now been turfed over to a student who has no clue what she is doing and does not watch the patients do their exercises (she has not graduated high school). If I'm not mistaken, I believe that physical therapy aides and techs need a high school diploma to work in a clinic and must be under the direct supervision of a PT.
