The service was excellent from the staff and Dr.Jefferson, but why can I not get my lab results called to me when they are returned from the lab, I have to call and call then finally someone will cal me back .

I arrived early and they got me back right away. I was struggling to fill out my paperwork and the nurse was kind enough to help me with that. She understood that I was having trouble emotionally .
