This has got to be the most sarcastic and rudest Dentist I've ever been to in my 67 years. She did not do a good job on making a bottom partial for me, it does not fit, it does not feel good and I can't wear it. The upper denture is extremely thin acrylic, you can see through it. The teeth are extremely small and the top teeth do not even touch my bottom teeth. There is a gap between the top teeth and the bottom teeth. I cannot chew good with teeth like that. I found a dentist i like that took my insurance after searching for months couldn't go because of all this covid mess and being high risk pregnancy at the time when i finally try to make a appointment they no longer accept my insurance im very upset now I got to search again atleast could have been notified nice staff but wouldn't recommend
Update your pricing on your website instead of ripping people off and taking advantage of people with good insurance because the more you charge the more my portion goes up rather I have insurance or not My insurance only pays half so the more u charge the more I half to pay for my portion . It's more about the point of it than the money just the lieing greedy people taking advantage
Worst dentist in Paducah. The dentist left me for an hour after they did the numbing and then when she finally got to me she was angry and rough when I told her I felt everything. The tech had to finish my filling because she left to go I don’t even know where. I was there for four hours for two fillings and I cried because I was hurting so bad. I still have jaw pain after a full year since seeing her. DO NOT RECOMMEND. She just worries about getting paid she does not care about people.
This place is a joke. The equipment is old and falling apart. The dentist is the rudest woman I’ve ever had a professional encounter with. I was numbed and sat there so long it wore off. She flat out accused me of lying to her basically because she was embarrassed by her lack of professionalism. Who wants an additional shot of numbing medication added to the roof of their mouths? they are rough, an let you sit to long until the numbing stuff wears, off. Then the doctor was on the phone with her husband, for 45 minutes when I should had done been seen, 1 I didn't get to leave to a quarter til 5 they close at 4. They kept trying to switch my husbands appt, I said no well they finally caught him an they told him they'd be closed the day of his appt. so he changed it, which I find a funny cause they never told me they'd be closed that day. well they changed the appt to the next day of the recieved phone ... read more
Worst dental experience! Do not recommend. They called and asked me if I would come in today because they had a cancellation. I was 5 minutes late because of school bus traffic, but the waiting room was empty and even so, I wasn't seen for almost an hour. I told them upfront I had bad anxiety and was nervous, but they had no sympathy. I spent close to 3000.00$ just to to be informed my dentures were not going to ever work! I now have to get a new set. Please do your research and let these people no where near your mouth!
I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. They had me there crying after 5 hours waiting for the dentist running from one room to another . They should have more than one dentist and one that knows what she's doing.
