Today I had an established patient visit for my 22 month old and checked in via telephone (due to covid) and was instructed to wait in my car until called to come in for my sons visit. I had arrived 10 min early & didn’t think the wait would be too long. It was 80 degrees outside so I didn’t want us waiting in the hot car so we waited outside the office. An hour later, no call. They strap the children to a chair to do the major dental work. They don’t even let the parents in. The camera in the room is blocked once’s they perform procedures. It’s an old way of practicing dental and leaves the children traumatized. Also the cavities they “filled” weren’t even done right. I’m at a new dentist and there are cavities still behind the filling! I now have to get them fixed.

RecommendedEsta muy bien x que tienen tables para los Niños para q no se aburran mientras los llaman para adentro, pero lo q no me gusto esque duran mucho en atender los niños,será porque es mi primera vez q llevo mi hija. Pero se ve bien. Si lo recomiendo espero llevar a mis otros hijos hay.

Horrible! The work done on my son was not the work I authorized! They didn’t clean the cavity out all the way, and also left scratches on my child! If I had the time to take them to BBB I would!

I have been taking my daughters here since my 13 year old had teeth! I will never take my daughters anyplace else!
I've been coming here for a couple years, however this time I was extremely disappointed not only was the wait outrages this time around but my son wasn't numb enough for his procedure. This is not his first time here and has cried a couple times but yesterday was definitely different, he was very upset and I guess cried to the point his eyes developed tiny red marks around his eyes, I am very disappointed this time.
